Intro.

As I sit here on a Monday Afternoon writing this piece. I find myself in a place were i’m trying to hold back thew tears, and as a 39 year old man, who’s working hard to crack into this industry. I find it quite humbling just how many people have had my work come on there social pages. I’m just one man who loves Pro Wrestling and MMA, and knowing that there’s people out there who like what i’m doing means the whole world to me. I’ve you’ve checked me out before, then thank you, and if you’re discovering me through google then also thank you.

Saturday Morning.

This trip started off at 8.30am as I left the house without eating any breakfast, and headed to my local train station. The day before there was a fire in Wembley so travel for a lot of people had been thrown into chaos. I however was in a lucky position, because my route hadn’t been disrupted. I arrived in Wembley at roughly 9.30amish, and instead of going to get breakfast like a normal person. I went to the hotel were fans had gathered. I must say AEW fans were very respectful. A lot has been said about WWE fans not leaving Wrestlers alone, and invading there personal space, but the AEW fans that I spoke to were peaceful when meeting there idols. I got talking to fans outside the hotel, and what I found was the fact that fans embraced me, and as I was talking to them and got to knew what they like, I came away with one thing. A lot of fans hate tribalism. Most fans that I spoke to watched multiple promotions. I Like this. I also met Brody King. Kyle O’reilly, and Willow Nightingale

AEW All In Welcome To Wembley Fan Experience.

At 11.20am I headed over to Wembley Stadium for the my paid slot at the AEW All In Welcome To Wembley Fan Experience. It was here when I met Kevin Knight. Speedball Mike Bailey, and the legend that is Jeff Jarrett, who was awesome to talk too. I then experienced an out of body experience. I met youtube creator Deonte DJJ, and I managed to get some advice from after I showed him my work, and he told me that he’s my work crop up, which is awesome, but before that I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I was queing up for something, and from out of the corner of my eye I recognised someone. It was Whatculture Wrestlings own Simon Miller, so I walked over to were he was and got talking to one of the people that he was with, he was there promoting the musical that he will be staring in later this year called The Last Match. The man that he was with is the producer, and he ok’ied it for me to meet Simon. I managed to show Simon my work, and he said that he knew my site. I felt like I was floating on air in the best way possible. Miller was so nice, and I can’t thank him and Deonte DJJ enough. Sunday.

I was due to meet a friend of mine, but those plans changed. So I went to the Boxpark, and watched some good old fashioned Pro Wrestling from the guys and girls from Hustle, and I had some fun and games with the guys from Wrestletalk. Oh and this is a message to Luk Owen. When AEW Returns to Wembley in a couple of years, me and Oli will get back our Pictionary championships that i’ve invented in my mind. I also took a photo with both men during the meet and greet, and I told them who I was, and how Oli helped me three years ago when I was figuring how to get into the industry, and i’m still trying. It’s Oli’s advice that I still carry with me until this very day. Just keep going. Oh and I also met Tom Campbell from Cultaholic, so go and give him love on X @TomCampbell.

The Weekend Of My Life.

AEW All In Weekend was awesome, and was the best weekend of my life. I met people that I never thought that I would meet, and having well known people in tn the industry say that they’ve seen my work, and talking to fans was a highlight that has set me up up for the rest of the year.
