Kenny Omega Segment.

Kenny Omega was in a stoic place when being interviewed by Renee Paquette. Kenny was in a calm place, and this would act like a perfect storm later on, when he faces Max later on. This was a perfect way to set up an episode long run.

Tomasso Ciampa vs Jericho.

Earlier in the day it was reported that the heat in Clearwater was set to be over 40c, so you could say that the weather was hot. This played into the in ring work, and it won’t be the first time on this broadcast. Both men looked visibly gassed out. Thye physicality was decent, and both men managed to work around the weather, which couldn’t have been easy, in order to create some fun for the fans in attendence. Jericho was busted open in the early going, which only added to his energy dump. This gave Ciampa the chance to hit Jericho with a flying knee for the win. I liked this.

The Brawling Birds Segment.

The Brawling irds were on a pub crawl, and it was filled with chaos and carnage. You love to see it.

Will Osperay Segment.

Will Spoke to Renee Paquette, in footage that was filmed earlier in the day. And he gave his thoughts on who he would like to face at All In, this was when MJF stepped into the camera shot, and worked to wind Will up. This ended with both men having a fight, after Max spat in Wills face. I thought this was great.

Kyle Fletcher vs Konosuke Takeshita AEW International Championship.

I’m just going to say it, I loved this Match. The in ring work from both men was nothing short of sensational. This was a reminder of the times when both of these men worked on UK independent scene, all whilst taking opposing dates for the likes of WCPW, in the same time when WWE were trying, and succeeding to buy out the UK scenes promotions. This Match worked to make me back to those times. I was fully engrosed by the action that both men were putting, as the feel of the heat got worse. This played into Kyles hands, as both men hit Piledrivers, and suplexes on the ring apron. Kyle got the win, and is our new AEW International Champ What came next was a whole load of nothing. The lovely Mick Foley interviewed Kyle, and within seconds Kyle went into uber heel mode, as he slated Konosuke, and put himself over. Mick had a minor dual with Don Callis, in which said that he’s a dog lover, and then we heard from Kevin Knight, and Andrade El Idolo, who suprise suprise both want Gold. This segment was unwatchable. And adding in Darby Allin was his exploding skateboard just made this segment highly comical, and less impactful. The Match was awesome, however the following segment was poor.

Womens Gauntlet No1 Contenders Match.

A returning Willow Nightingale beat. Athena. Mayaworld. Skye Blue. Mina Skirakowa. Rena. Julia Hart, Thunder Rosa in order to become the No1 contender to Theklas AEW Womens Championship, all whilst Mercedes Mone did her best Mitch Buchanon inpersonation, and. Thekla insulted Tony Schiavone, and called all the ladies dumb bitches. Don’t ever change Thekla, and welcome back Willow Nightingale. This has created a booking conundrum that could be quite interesting to watch unfold as the run to Wembley continues. Thekla vs Willow Nightingale is an intriguing Match, and with the addition of Mercedes Mone, this says we could be getting a threeway at the PPV, or Willow vs Mercedes for the AEW Womens Championship. Either way both options are very advertising.

Jack Perry Has resigned With AEW.

Jack Perry has reigned with AEW, and this was announced via a vingnette that aired last night on Dynamite. Over the last few weeks s It had been discussed in the Pro Wrestling Media about his future from the likes of Sean Ross Sapp, and. Dave Meltzer due to the fact that there was interest from WWE, however Others rubbished this, and now this has been cleared. Perry has been signed to a multi year deal.

Speedball Mike Bailey Segment.

Speedball Mike Bailey vs Mark Davis, now this sounds good. It’s just a shame that I don’t watch Collision.

MJF vs Kenny Omega AEW World Heavyweight Championship.

When this Match got announced to be taking place on this weeks dynamite. My mind was a bit cautious, because as of a couple of weeks ago this Match was reportably penciled in for redemption in Montreal, however this plan changed and it’s ls likely to do with TV fees. Big time Matches need to be given the big stage pge pressence. So this got moved forward. This wasn’t billed as a trilogy, and with this being the third Match in there serious, this was by far the best one, and easily one of the best Matches that Tony Khan has commited to putting on TV. This was a Match that played into how physicality, and character work can help tell the story of thet he Match. The featured a cameo from Will Osperay, who had a hand in the finish as kenny and Max took upon themselves to put each other through one hell of a physical ringer. From Pildrivers on the ring apron. V Triggers through the announcers table. Sick looking hurricanranas, and heatseekers, and threats of the Dynamite Gold ring. Kenny managed to use this to his advantage, when the balance of good vs evil played into the Match. Max tried to hit kenny with the belt, but this only got a one count, this allowed Kenny to hit Max with a one winged angel to become a two time AEW Champion, and it was at point that we saw the graphic for Kenny Omega vs Will Osperay at Wembley, and just like that my excitement level went through the roof, because I will be there. This was a fantastic way to cap off one of the best episodes this year. AEW is were the best wrestle indeed.

Overview Of This Weeks AEW Dynamite Beach Break.

Some of my friends have asked me this past week, when are we going to see AEW get back to it’s best? And to those friends I say this. AEW has always managed to be an alternative to the oversaturated market that the WWE used to own. This weeks Dynamite Beach Break was another reminder that AEW is back to its roots and it’s great to see from an industry standpoint. More of this please Mr Khan.

This weeks AEW Dynamite Beach Break is a high 9/10.
